Yesterday’s truly beautiful evening (October 9th, 2021) offered photogenic conjunction of the Moon and the planet Venus, followed by star δ Scorpii against the dusk colors of the sky. While observing this celestial show over Kuneticka hora castle from Bohumileč, Czech Republic, I was surprised by beautiful fireworks too. Later then I found out they were part of the completion of the Autumn celebrations of the Pardubice city, located over the hill. Used Canon Ra, Tamron 70-200mm@149mm, f5.6 (Moon/Venus), f2.8 (foreground), ISO 2000, vary exposures (from tripod).
Personal note: Symbolically, at the same time, there was a true reason for celebration in the whole Czech Republic as the longly expected elections brought some positive changes. Who knows, maybe the spirit of the image will be taken in the future as a symbol of better tomorrow.
